By logging into this site you agree to be bound to the below terms of service:

1. Box.com is provided for the business use of employees of Galderma Laboratories L.P. Employees may not use Box.com for personal business.

2. SENSITIVE CONFIDENTIAL COMPANY INFORMATION OR SENSITIVE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII) MAY NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE SENT, SHARED OR STORED VIA BOX.COM.

3. CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION (PCI) MAY NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE SENT, SHARED OR STORED VIA BOX.COM.

4. Data or files transmitted via Box.com may only be sent to, or shared with, authorized recipients. Authorized recipients are employees of Galderma Laboratories L.P. or of a company doing business with Galderma Laboratories L.P. pursuant to an appropriate contract, who require access to the data for Galderma Laboratories L.P.’s business purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that all recipients are authorized recipients.

5. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Box.com may not be used to send any infringing, illicit, libelous, defamatory or pornographic materials or any other materials which the user does not have the right to send.

6. The system administrator reserves the right to revoke a user’s privileges at any time for noncompliance with these terms of use or to delete any individual transaction without notice at any time if the transaction fails to comply with these terms of use.
